Frock \Frock\ (fr[o^]k), n. [F. froc a monk's cowl, coat,
   garment, LL. frocus, froccus, flocus, floccus, fr. L. floccus
   a flock of wool; hence orig., a flocky cloth or garment; cf.
   L. flaccus flabby, E. flaccid.]
