Steve L. helped me in the Home Dept. of the Orem, Ut. store. He was very helpful in explaining the differences in the bed pillows. He was pleasant and thoughtful. I will go see him if I need help in that area again.

I visited your Silverdale, Washington store looking to buy a pair of dress shoes. The sales assosiate in the shoe department, Cassandra was so helpful and sweet. She was willing to take the shoes right of the display if need be to accomidate my girlfriend and I. So major props to Cassandra, thanks so much. p.s. I bought the shoes that I was looking at.

april 8,2008 toledo oh store I went up to the deli to pay my bill and look at all the gourmet food and candy, my weakness.. Annette pulled up my bill on the terminal and I paid it there. She is always so helpful and friendly.. I noticed some new and different coffee on the shelf and it happened to be marked down. She gave me a sample as they had some brewed at the deli and it was very good, so I bought a few bags. It was a great buy too. I really appreciate her pleasant attitude and helpfulness.

Sales associate in Dior at Christiana Mall. Has much improved in her service. She is very nice and helpful and not as pushy as she once was. I like to be assisted not twisted in purchasing a product. I do like the products but they are very expensive so I cannot always get what I would like. I think she now understands that, the experience is much more pleasant. I still miss Pat, the redhead.

Molly was very helpful in the shoe department. She brought out every black patent leather shoe you had in my size for me to try on. Her input was invaluable in my decision on which of the numerous pairs to choose from. After purchasing my selection she reminded me that I could use the 20% off coupon again on that day. After looking around I bought a dress that matched the shoes perfectly, something I had not intended to do. She is truly an asset to your company in these days of poor customer service. I visited the King of Prussia, PA store on 3/18/08, to exchange a Ralph Lauren garment that I received as a gift. The service provided by your sales associate Bethlehem # 107484 was outstanding. She checked to see if the garment was available at any other location and proceeded to call a NJ store.She was placed on hold fore over 25 minutes.I used my cell phone and called the Willow Grove store as they had the item also. Bethlehem hung up in sheer frustration with the other store and proceeded to assist with the process of having the item shipped to me. She gave complete instructtions to her associate with patients. She was outstanding. while this was going on I selected a leather coat that I purchased. She turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a very satisifying experience as I was able to exchange my garment have it shipped to my home and buy a great jacket. Bethlehem is to be commended for her patients, outstanding service and special personality.

Alan at the Roosevelt Store on LI, NY was extremely helpful today. I purchased a pc. of luggage and his attention to the sale was excellent....so unusual for mostly I find sales people very disinterested the job they are doing. I did not have a good experience in the housewares dept. where there was one person and she was not very attentive or helpful...but Alan made up for her when we went to purchase luggage...thank you, Joan Edelmann

I wanted to mention that for about 3 years I try to go to her at the register since she is so pleasant to deal with. She should be commended for her interest in my shopping experience. My husband and I went to the St.Clair Mall in Fairview Hgts on Sat. morning. We were in a very big hurry to buy a suit since we were attending a wedding in the afternoon. We explained the situation to Clare and she said not to worry, she would have him in a suit in plenty of time for the wedding. With in 15 min., she had measured him, picked out a suit to ourliking not only to style and color but also to the price and we were on our way. She not only had a great personality, knew the clothing dept that she worked in, she was funny, helpful and very professional. She definitely deserves to be recognize as an outstanding sales person. On Sat. August 18,2007 I had a wedding to attend and I needed a make-up makeover. Marise used her skill and talent to transform me into a beautiful older woman. She had such patience, personality, and pride in her workmanship. I think that Marise should be given an award for her personal care and service. She went above and beyond on this day. The sales girl was very helpful. I had trouble with my gift card and had to go to customer service to have a new one issued. This was at gift wrap and took quite a while. I had to wait while she took forever talking to the customer and wrapping the gift. Finally when I got done I was not very happy. I even tried to call your service number and got hung up on. Well any I just wanted to let you know that Eva was very helpul and very polite even though I was upset. I appreciate her patience and courtesy. The sale was a little confusing . I had two gift cards and a charge card for one purchase, and she handled it with no problem. Thankyou Eva
